Returns & Exchanges – Last Night’s Sleep
We hope you love your Last Night’s Sleep pieces, but if for any reason you need to return or exchange an item, please review our returns policy below.
Merchandise must be in saleable condition with all original tags attached to be eligible for an exchange or return for a credit note. We do not offer refunds unless the item is faulty or has been damaged during shipping. This policy is final and non-negotiable.

Sale items are final and not eligible for refund or exchange unless they are faulty or damaged.
Size discrepancies may be returned for a credit note only.
Return Window
Australian orders: Returns or exchanges must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your item.
International orders: You must email us within 7 days of receiving your delivery to notify us of the return. Return shipping must then be arranged promptly. Items received outside this window will not be accepted.
Returned items must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
All returns must be sent using a prepaid and traceable method to ensure safe delivery.
We are not responsible for returns lost in transit without proof of delivery.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
If you are exchanging for another item, a new shipping charge will apply.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Email us at hello@lastnightssleep.com to request a Return Authorization (RA) Number.
Please indicate the reason for return and whether you’d like a credit note or exchange.
Include the RA number, the completed returns form, and your original invoice in the parcel.
Returns should be sent to the address provided in your RA confirmation.
Last Night’s Sleep reserves the right to refuse returns that do not comply with our policy after inspection.
